Work-Life Balance Sunday 22nd, April 2018 The everyday routines of life tend to take a toll on ourselves both mentally and physically, and sometimes, the most productive thing a person can do it to take a break.  Taking a break from our routine can act as a re energiser for our body and soul. I recently did a 10 day family trip which I strongly believe that I needed and surprisingly, I returned to work more energised, motivated and ready to get my head back in the game.  Whenever I take a break and then return to work, I usually list out my priorities and hone in on what is the most important ‘projects/tasks' that I have to complete. This give me a bit of clarity on my schedule, making it easier to manoeuvre my day to day life.  Revising my to-do list helps me compartmentalise all the areas in my life while I also analyse what I can do to be more productive.
